Refund Policy
We have selected Dojo to manage the secure processing of client payments through our website and via telephone calls. Where payments are made and these prove to be in excess of what is required to complete the work you have engaged in, you may request a full or partial refund of your payment. We will refund any money due to you after deducting any direct costs to us associated with the processing of your payment and the processing of any refund, and also any costs (including VAT and disbursements) we have incurred, which we are entitled to in accordance with your instructions up to the date of your request for a refund. As a client you are responsible for understanding this upon commencement of any service from us.
Please note that any refund due will be issued to the payee who made the payment.
